Jennifer is a clinical social worker who provides compassionate care to adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. Since earning her LSW in 2008, she has gained valuable experience serving children, families, and adults of all ages in community-based behavioral healthcare, hospital social work, and mental healthcare. She also draws from her personal life experiences to create meaningful connections with her clients in a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship.
Jennifer provides an empathetic, strengths-based approach that is customized to the individual’s unique needs, incorporating a blend of evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and parenting skills training. She specializes in depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting challenges, relationship issues, stress management, life transitions, and women's issues. Jennifer helps clients develop practical coping strategies while fostering emotional and spiritual growth.
