I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. As a therapist, my goal is to create that kind of environment—one where you can show up as you are, without judgment, and begin to make sense of your experiences at your own pace.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), both of which are effective, research-based approaches for working through trauma, anxiety, and overwhelming life experiences. Together, we’ll explore what you’ve been through, helping you process difficult memories, reduce emotional distress, and build healthier ways of coping and relating to yourself and others.
I am also currently pursuing training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). This work allows me to support caregivers in strengthening their connection with their children while building confidence and practical tools for navigating challenging behaviors.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected. You don’t have to go through it alone.
